Building and Construction
XERVON carries out scaffolding contracts, adapted to the building and construction sector. This includes delivery, assembly/disassembly and hire of various scaffolding systems and temporary weather protection. The work is provided by professional and skilled employees. We offer modern and designed solutions for rehabilitation and new construction. The assignments we carry out vary and can be anything from a simple house to apartment buildings, office buildings or large infrastructure projects.
Asko Oslofjord, Asko Sande
Large warehouse for groceries in Viken and Vestfold/Telemark. From the warehouse in Sande, Asko Oslofjord offers its groceries with a product line of 24,000 products. XERVON Norway AS has been a supplier of scaffolding and roofing construction.

Hent AS
XERVON Norway AS supplies scaffolding services to Hent AS in the eastern region of Norway through a framework agreement. The services include projection, production, documentation and post-checking of the scaffolding.

JM Norge
JM Norge uses XERVON as a permanent scaffolding supplier for all its projects in the Oslofjord region. The services include design, production, documentation and follow-up of all scaffolding.

Vedal Entreprenør AS – Økern Portal
With a total range of 81,000 square meters, Økern Portal is one of Norway's largest office and commercial buildings. XERVON has built a total of 18,500 square meters of scaffolding in the period 03/2019 to 12/2020. In addition, XERVON built scaffolding for the Økern hotel with approx. 7,000 square meters in February 2021. This makes Økern Portal one of Oslo's largest projects.

Vedal Entreprenør / Byggmester Neteland – Maridalsveien (Vulkan)
The former industrial area at Akerselvas between Grünerløkka and St. Hanshaugen transformed and revitalized in the period from 2004 to 2014. The area is a fusion of culture and business with schools, hotels, Oslo's first food hall and restaurants. XERVON has built the roof-over-roof construction for Vedal and Byggmester Neteland on commercial and residential buildings along Maridalsveien from 2016 to 2020.

Art deco-luksus hotell Sommerro ligger midt på Solli Plass på Frogner i Oslo. Hotellet gir historiske vibber fra de glade 20-årene med en rekke spisesteder. XERVON Norway AS har vært stillasleverandør gjennom hele byggeprosessen.

Vedal Urtekvartalet
The former industrial site in Urtekvartalet has been completed in the end of 2024. XERVON has built the facade scaffolding, platforms in the atrium and the roof over roof.

WK Entreprenør, Rikshospitalet
WK Entreprenør build a time-limited helicopter platform at Rikshospitalet. The new helipad is an elevated helideck with a footbridge and an associated lift and stair tower. The deck is an independent construction some 31 meters above ground. In addition, there is a lift and stair tower that belongs to the helipad, with a ceiling height of 35 meters above ground. It contains 2 emergency lifts with associated staircases.

Construction City
With 103,000 m2 Construction City was one of the largest construction projects in Norway, build in a joint venture of AF Gruppen and Betonmast. After the project was finalized in 2025, Construction City became the home of several building construction companies and other related companies like OBOS, Norsk Gjenvinning, Compass Group and Fagskolen. The building’s highlight and gathering point is its large entrance hall made of glass.
The entire project had a volume of approx. 15-20 MNOK. Its scaffolds in the entrance hall were the highlight of Construction City.

Hent - UiO
The new life sciences building:
The country's largest university and hospital building will link sciences more closely together and contribute to new insights into what life, aging and disease are. The life sciences building will be a joint facility for leading university and hospital environments within life sciences and ensure Norway's international competitiveness in the area. Both the University of Oslo and the Clinic for Laboratory Medicine (KLM) at Oslo University Hospital will be based here. Significant parts of the 97,500 square meter building will be research and teaching laboratories with very advanced equipment. Around 1,000 employees and 1,500 students at UiO will have their daily work here. From OUS, around 650 employees at the Clinic for Laboratory Medicine will have their workplace here.
XERVON has provided its services on the project since 2021, installing stairs, facades, rolling scaffolding and work platforms to facilitate the work of all actors on the project.

Konnerudparken Tier 1: 142 freehold apartments, divided into 9 blocks of flats.

Eiffage Norge, Grenland South E18
17 kilometers of the New E18 are being built through the Grenland area. The construction is being carried out by the contractor Eiffage Gènie Civil. XERVON Norway AS is assisting the contractor with scaffolding and temporary roofing for the new bridge that will cross the Frierfjord.
